St Paul’s Square is now the gateway to Liverpool’s Central Business District – a 400,000 sq ft mixed-use development centred on Old Hall Street and Pall Mall which helps Liverpool compete with cities like Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle in business and commerce. It also offers over 50 homes in the central business area.

St Paul’s is home to several large client, such as DWF, Lloyds Banking Group, Pall Mall Medical Centre and Denholm Logistics Group Ltd and the striking public square at its heart brings together businesses and people from all over the business district.

The buildings are large and home to high worth clients who require high quality facilities, so a central essential to our role here is our knowledge and expertise of the building and how it functions, helping us to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
