How it all began

In 2005, our company founder John O’Neill started a cleaning business that would soon evolve into a much wider offering. His reputation for ‘getting the job done’ grew significantly. Satisfied customers began asking for more than just cleaning. Finding a team of skilled, multi-talented tradesmen became integral to our company’s growth. With a growing team, we began to provide a wide range of essential services in the commercial maintenance and construction sector.

It’s from these humble beginnings we have grown from strength to strength. We consistently offer a fair, organised and quality approach. Yet at the heart of it all is a personal touch that only a family run business can give.

In 2015 our managing director Ross O’Neill took over the company from his father John. With a rebrand initiative and a fresh digital presence, Ross is progressing the company forward whilst firmly keeping the values his father upheld.

PMC is a full service company, capable of providing major maintenance, large capital works projects and thorough grounds works.

Our work spans a wide array of premises from industrial estates and retails parks to high end office blocks and hotels. Many of PMC’s customers have been more than satisfied for over a decade and continue to award new contracts, new sites, and broader regions.

We’d be nothing without our skilled teams both in the office and on the front line. They continue to grow in both size and strength – we now have over 25 employees in the PMC family.
