We have worked in partnership JLL project management team from the conception of this project to provide a complete and competitive design and CDM service. PMC acted as Principle Contractor for Jones Lang LaSalle on a full refurbishment of the Arcade’s Toilet Facilities as featured in the St Helens Star.
The existing installations were to be completely stripped out offering a blank canvas for a redesign to be agreed in line with the vision of both Jones Lang LaSalle and the Shopping Centre’s Management Team. The design specification and client requirements included replacement flooring, cubicles, sanitary ware and lighting along with plastering and decorative works.
All works were undertaken in line with CDM Regulations and to timescales as set by the client.
