PMC have recently completed a new project for our client JLL. The project was a full Steel Gate refurbishment at Norfolk House in Manchester.

The client wanted the actual structure of the gate to be moved in order to create more space for entering and exiting the car park. The gate’s automated system was also modernised and updated for a better and more efficient system.

We liaised with the client to arrange an initial site meeting from which our team could then develop the drawings and take the measurements they needed to ensure that we worked to the exact specifications of our client.

Once we received the basic materials required for the project, our team got to work on fabricating the steel to match the existing metal works on the site for consistency. To meet the specific needs of JLL, we also galvanised the steel gates to prevent rusting and provide the client with a sustainable and reliable product. These gates were then painted following RAL specification and transported to the site where they we fitted by our team.

After checks were made on the gates to ensure the safety and usability of the product, the client signed off the work and we completed the project on time and within budget provided leaving the customer delighted with the work.
