Elegant House Hotel, Liverpool
We were asked to complete extensive refurbishments works on the proposed Elegant House Hotel, a Grade II listed building in Liverpool City Centre.
we began with ground excavation work, including laying foundations, and relocation of the antique draining system, with the subsequent fitting and updating of electrics throughout the establishment in preparation for building an extension for 6 luxury bathrooms and a ground floor kitchen.
With due consideration to the aesthetics of this beautiful building and its original features, we stripped, re-plastered and fully re-decorated to the highest standards, relocating doors, installing new radiations, light fitting, sanitary wear and flooring to all the bathrooms.
