Built within a residential area in central Southport and close to Southport railway station, Central 12 is a busy and thriving retail park, which provides a hub of shopping for the town, with tenants including Asda, Boots, Outfit, Next and Costa Coffee.
Central 12 retail park is easily accessed from the A570, making it equally attractive to shoppers living outside Southport or inside.
Colliers International took over this site in 2015 and we were approached to tender for the full maintenance on the site because the existing contractors were not providing the level of service they desired.
Colliers international were looking for a contractor who maintained the propery to schedule with detailed checks and records. This would enable them to attain the documentation and certificates required to sucessullfy manage the property.
How we helped:
PMC had previously worked with Colliers International and was appointed on contracts and maintenance services at this site on behalf of Colliers International after going through a tender process. We provide an array of ground and internal services.
Planned maintenance services include planned grounds work, litter picking, electrical work, PAT testing, high level gutter clearance, canopy cleaning ( jet washing, high level lamp post and camera cleaning, hygiene water testing, water temperature sampling, window cleaning, pump station maintenance, vandalism, M&E.
The standards on the Central 12 site have improved hugely since 2015 and our client is able to obtain the certificates and documentation required to effectively manage the site.
