Historical Newhall was built as a model village in the 1880’s and all the buildings in the village are recorded in the National Heritage List for England as designated Grade II listed buildings. The complex, which includes rows of cottages and the main redbrick Hall with a striking clocktower, is being redeveloped by Next Big Thing to transform it into a modern residential village and Business Park with a wide array of Business’s having offices on the site.
