Historical Newhall was built as a model village in the 1880’s and all the buildings in the village are recorded in the National Heritage List for England as designated Grade II listed buildings. The complex, which includes rows of cottages and the main redbrick Hall with a striking clocktower, is being redeveloped by Next Big Thing to transform it into a modern residential village and Business Park with a wide array of Business’s having offices on the site.

How we help – ground maintenance provision:

PMC provide a full grounds maintenance service for the site including all grounds, communal areas and inside the tenant’s zones due to our reputation.

We also provide contract work on site from landscape design and turfing to paving area working in conjunction with the multiple contractors continually developing the site.
