We have been working with the globally recognised financial institute, Rothschild & Co in their UK based, Wilmslow Offices.

Their offices in Wilmslow head up the management of their real estate debt management services and we are excited to assist in the smooth running of their day to day operations by working alongside them to provide planned maintenance services.

The Challenge – Adding to Rothschild & Co’s own in-house capabilities.

The internal debt management team at Rothchild & Co approached PMC to enquire about specific joinery and caretaking services they required in order to gain essential access to the main distribution board at the site.

Rothchild & Co’s own technicians did not have safe access and the company needed to temporarily bolster their in-house department to meet the demands of the job.

Due to PMC’s size we were able to put together a great team to ensure the job was done safely, efficiently and with little to no distributions to the day to day operations of the property.

The work done with Rothschild & Co. highlights PMC’s ability to not only work independently, but also to work alongside existing in-house maintenance teams to provide reactive help on issues that can’t be complete with their internal resources alone.
