100% access for hard to reach areas

Our drone roof surveys provide a bespoke solution that works around your site’s needs and specifications. Areas that are hard to reach physically are now readily accessible from the air with our 4k drone equipment. The drone footage captures these difficult to reach areas without the need for access equipment or labour charges.

Improved site health & safety

Inspections and maintenance services can rely a lot on physical labour and specialist equipment, especially for those high-up, hard to reach areas. This can introduce Health & Safety concerns for any business. The use of drone inspections are safer than physical inspections and introduce no risk. There is no longer the need for anyone to leave the ground, making it much safer for all involved.

Cost and time effective

Traditional roof and gutter inspection methods can end up costing a fair bit, especially if specialist access equipment is required. Drone surveys are much more cost and time effective. They are cheaper than traditional inspection methods as there are no labour charges or access equipment involved, and the time it takes to actually carry out the inspection is considerably less with the usage of drones – plus we can provide evidence directly from the video taken.

Our professional drone team are well equipped with the latest drone operating licenses and are also fully accredited to undertake flights on any site. All footage provided is aerial 4K quality – this high quality imagery makes it easy to spot all the tiny details.

Detailed reporting from the drone building inspection

A detailed report is also provided after the inspection has been completed.

If your roof survey report shows any issues that require addressing immediately, PMC are on hand to provide reactive roof and gutter maintenance as well.

We can also provide planned maintenance packages for any regular maintenance you might require on your commercial properties roof or drains.
