Location: Office based – Aintree, Liverpool

Hours: 9am-5pm office hours

Salary: Varied depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 35-40 Hours per week

Reporting to: Office Manager, General Manager, Managing Director

We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to assist with day to day office administrator duties. The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently and as a team, communitive and professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and liaise with our vast majority of clients and accredited subcontractors.
  • Handle all customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Being able to communicate effectively with the office and maintenance team.
  • Send out daily job sheets to maintenance operatives.
  • Manage diary entries and data management.
  • Organise company files and shredding confidential documents.
