Cedar Harp Ltd is a firm of Chartered Surveyors founded in 1995, to provide in-house management services for a property investment and development group.

The current occupants at Freedom House are mainly technology companies, including Cloud Imperium Games.

How we help – Planned and Reactive Maintenance provision:

Freedom House was refurbished before Cedar Harp Ltd took possession of the property. However, the work was not done to a standard that Cedar Harp wished to offer its own clients. As a results, they had maintenance problems, which they wished to address to bring the property up to a standard they would be proud to offer their clients.

Throughout PMC’s years of service for Cedar Harp at Freedom House we have continually corrected and managed issues, and strived to provide quality service at all times.
